Submission Categories1. Oral presentations on freely chosen topics: A 25-minute presentation with additional five minutes for questions. 2. Oral presentations on Oral research in Endodontology: A 12-minute presentation with additional three minutes for questions.3. Clinical and Research Posters4. Clinical VideosGeneral Guidelines for Abstracts for Oral Presentations Oral Presentations on freely chosen topics• Written in English not more than 250 words. • Abstract structured into; the aim of the presentation, a brief summary and bulleted key learning points.• Upon submission, applicants will receive an electronic confirmation that their abstract has been received. • No changes to the abstract can be made after submission. Oral Presentations on Oral Research• Written in English not more than 300 words. • Abstract structured into; aim of the study, methodology (a concise description of the experimental design, materials and methods along with statistical tests), Results (including statistical analysis) and conclusions.• Upon submission, applicants will receive an electronic confirmation that their abstract has been received. • No changes to the abstract can be made after submission. • The scientific committee can suggest transferring some rejected abstracts to be presented as posters.Submission guidelines for Clinical and Research Posters • Written in English not more than 300 words. • Abstract structured into; aim of the study, methodology (a concise description of the experimental design, materials and methods along with statistical tests), Results (including statistical analysis), conclusions, and acknowledgements and/or Funding source - if applicable.• No figures, photos or illustrations are allowed in the abstract. • Accepted posters will be presented as a printed poster and will be moderated with 3 minutes allocated for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. The nominated author must be in attendance for the entire session they are allocated to. • Presenter(s) should use a poster board format to present their research. Text, illustrations, tables and graphs may be included. • Size limit for printed posters is 70cm W x 100cm H • The following information must be included:o The provided presentation number must be affixed in the left in the upper left corner of Poster. o line one -- project titleo line two -- presenter's name/s, institutional affiliation, if applicable, and home city.o A photo of the presenter/s must be attached to the poster.• Posters must be neat, legible, and creatively designed.• Items must be attached with pushpins. Tape or staples may not be used.• A presenter must remain at the poster throughout the entire session. • All posters must be left on display until the conclusion of the meeting. If you would like to keep your poster, please pick it up during the last hour and day the exhibit hall is open. • Posters that are not claimed by that time will be discarded.Submission guidelines for Clinical Videos• A video title is required, in addition to a video link (google drive/one drive/dropbox).• The video should be a maximum of 5 minutes long and submitted in MP4 format (maximum file size 100MB). • Videos should describe a clinical case, technique or procedure, having a clinical relevance but NOT clinical trials or research studies. • Videos may contain audio, text and images (still and moving). • More than one submission can be accepted displaying the best management of the following categories: perforations, unusual anatomy, immature roots, separated instruments, traumatic injuries, root resorption).
